We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative UX Designer to join our team and drive user-centered design across our digital products. In this role, you will conduct in-depth user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user needs and behaviors. Your insights will directly inform the creation of user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. You will collaborate closely with the Director of User Experience and cross-functional teams to iterate on designs, participate in design reviews, and present concepts to stakeholders. A strong ability to document design systems and stay current with UX trends is essential. This is a hands-on role that blends research, design thinking, and collaboration to shape intuitive and impactful user experiences.
