UX Designer I

• Support UX programs, including front-end innovation sessions and development programs.
• Translate requirements into storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
• Advocate for the teams design solutions by consistently putting them in the context of business and end-user goals
• Participate in project meetings and support program deliverables
• Participate in user research, usability tests and other evaluation activities utilizing various design thinking methodologies to uncover insights, define user personas and map user journeys.
• Solve complex design problems for both physical products and Software in simple and intuitive ways
• Work closely and constructively with product managers, marketing, design/UX team members, engineers, and other team members to deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Help the team interpret and understand user feedback and provide recommendations to design decisions based on that feedback.
• Own and maintain requirements and design documentation.
