UX Designer (Nice to Have: AI Experience, Research, and/or Usability Testing)

Job Description:
- Designed workflows/modernized workflows
- Designed around data
UX/interaction design skills
- Wireframing
- Prototyping – low to medium fidelity
UI/Visual skills – established patterns there, will be able to pull as needed
Light research skills
- Light interviewing
- Usability testing
Soft Skills:
- Importance on reading the room, and tailoring methodologies and deliverables for the audience.
- Communicate in concise, efficient way
- Capacity to handle complex domains (education or experience wise)
- Coachability / team player-ness
- Readiness to work - hit the ground running to hand the ball or try to do great things
- Proactiveness, no handholding and chasing down
- Being autonomous
- Strong ability to effectively interact with a team, and Senior/Mentor leaders in Design
