We’re looking for an eager Design Student to join our UX team to help drive the user experience of our world-class supply chain management solutions.
This is a 4-month, full-time hours, paid internship that is set to commence on May 6, 2024. It may be possible to extend the internship for a second 4-month mandate. We work 37.5 hours per week from Monday through Friday.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
The last 3 years have been exceptional for many reasons, both good and bad. One thing that became clear for everyone is how a resilient supply chain was fundamental to maintaining adequate service levels to the population. At Tecsys, we are dedicated to enabling efficient and effective supply chains for our customers in the health sector, the 3pl industry, or retail. We are working on multiple strategic projects destined to better the user experience of our platform, and the UX team is looking for an intern to take part in that realization.
This iternship will pair you with a Sr. UX Designer, initially assisting in areas relating to research helping with activities such as conducting user research, gathering and analyzing data to understand user behaviors and needs. This may include surveys, interviews, persona creation, journey and experience maps and potentially usability testing. You may also be called to assist with crafting wireframes and prototypes. Ultimately helping to translate user insights into tangible design concepts.
In addition to working closely with our Sr. UX Designers, you will be part of cross-functional team that will ensure you receive continued support and guidance as you progress on your project activities.
