Reporting into the Sr. UX Designer, the User Experience designer will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into high fidelity wireframes, and advanced prototypes. He or She will work closely with the UX Researcher to provide assets for user tests.

Responsibilities:

  • Design wireframes for websites and web applications in compliance within the standards of usability and accessibility.
  • Optimize and simplify the user experience and the design of the user interface.
  • Design and scale models as per the supported media (Mobiles, Desktop, any other digital customer touchpoint).
  • Create advanced prototypes for use in User tests and to be used as a technical artefact by the Product Owners (POs) and Functional Analysts (FAs)
  • Assist the POs to define, create and develop new enhancements and improvements in-line with business objectives and most importantly, the needs of the end User.
  • Present the wireframes or prototypes to a large audience of different stakeholders.
  • Work in close collaboration with the UX Researcher, UI Designers and the Front-End Developers while always maintaining exceptional product quality.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in UX Design, UI, or related field of study.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in UX Design.
  • Experience using Adobe XD, UX Pin, or equivalent.
  • Experience presenting complex interaction and user flows to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods (usability test, card sorting, surveys, heat maps).
  • Experience with ECommerce projects, with a big focus on booking flow UX/UI and conversion optimization.
  • Desire and ability to continuously learn and share the latest developments in ecommerce and UX/UI Design.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Bilingual written and spoken.
