UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team that spans creative design, application development and innovation. Your mission is to part of the team that imagines the best experience for our digital initiatives and campaigns at TPN. You'll craft compelling presentations, engage in cross-departmental collaboration, and confidently deliver your UX visions to our internal stakeholders.

Core Accountabilities:

  1. Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for TPN clients ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
  2. Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces, considering the latest design trends and best practices in design
  3. Develop and execute UX strategies to enhance the overall usability and accessibility of TPN clients assets
  4. Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather valuable user feedback for continuous improvement
  5. Ensure a consistent and optimized user experience across various devices and screen sizes through responsive design techniques
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to propose innovative solutions and improvements
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing, to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives
  8. Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, adhering to TPN clients brand guidelines
  9. Specific circumstances may allow or require some incumbents assigned to the job to perform a different combination of duties


Core Skills:

  • Education in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or UX/UI design-related field, or equivalent experience
  • Understands how to identify and then execute user needs into visual designs, mobile applications, in-store connected experiences, marketing campaigns and websites.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or equivalent
  • Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Knowledge of Javascript Frameworks (Vue, React, etc)
  • Independent. Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
  • Pays strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Work can be relied upon for thoroughness and accuracy
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills


  • Yearsโ€™ Experience: 1+ years working in an agency environment or in-house creative
  • Education: Four-Year Degree (preferred but not required)
  • Must have portfolio demonstrating creative output and conceptual ability
