UI/UX Designer

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated designer that will be responsible for understanding users’ needs and creating visual elements of a digital product’s interface. The UI/UX designer will focus on the layout, typography, color schemes, buttons, and other interactive components to ensure the interface is visually appealing and easy to use. This role includes creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to help bring products to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-friendly experiences and a strong understanding of user interface design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional code

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, etc.
• Experience in creating storyboards and site mapping
• Experience with visual design
• Knowledge of usability testing, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis
• 1 to 5 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
• An understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and engage effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to create accurate and detailed designs that meet the needs of the product
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, web design, human-computer interaction, or related field
• End to end workflow experience
• Experience working on Sponsor systems
