Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly illustrate how sites and applications function and look.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gauge user satisfaction and ensure designs meet user needs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistent design across all products.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on and improve the overall user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and relevant.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a robust portfolio of relevant projects.
- Expertise in standard design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing for web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development will be considered a plus.
