As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will help craft intuitive and user-friendly designs, ensuring government systems are efficient, compliant, and engaging.

The Work

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design modern, responsive interfaces that enhance user experience and accessibility. Your expertise in UI design, visual aesthetics, and front-end development will ensure usability and compliance across government digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual design concepts, ensuring intuitive and accessible interfaces.

• Develop mock-ups and wireframes, supporting seamless navigation and user interaction.

• Enhance 508-compliant designs, ensuring accessibility for all users.

• Collaborate across teams, refining UI/UX frameworks based on best practices.

• Analyze and optimize enterprise systems for usability, improving functionality and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree  
• 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, digital aesthetics, and usability enhancements.
• Experience in one or more of the following front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• TS/SCI

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
