Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software is essential.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong grasp of user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral data interpretation.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and iterating based on user behavior insights.
- Ability to translate data into design decisions that drive measurable outcomes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Bonus: Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
Responsibilities
- Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conducting user research, gathering insights, and translating them into effective design solutions.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals.
- Collaborating with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent design language.
- Maintaining a design system to ensure brand and UI consistency.
- Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics such as engagement and conversion.
- Designing UI variants for experiments and incorporating findings from A/B testing into the product flow.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
