We are looking for a Trainee, UX Designer to join our new Digital Services team. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract and start / end dates will be agreed between the manager and the employee. The position is based in Tampere.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and specify a service, or an application, or a common user interface component for our design system
• Prepare, conduct, analyze, and communicate user tests and user research.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Ongoing B.Sc. or M.Sc, studies majoring in designing for the user experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in interaction design and user research
• Understanding the principles of agile and lean software development methods
• Natural drive for continuous learning
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Communication skills, ability to influence, explain, collaborate, and inform
• Working fluency in English, other languages being an asset.
