Product Designer
Responsibilities
Drive product design outcomes across diverse products and digital touchpoints.
Design simple solutions to complex problems.
Participate and potentially lead cross-team conceptual development, partnering with other designers, PMs, engineers, and business teams.
Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant, with detailed interaction behaviors.
Produce visual design that enhances user experiences.
Analyses and evaluates current user interfaces and proposes usability improvements (i.e. expert reviews).
Maintains, contributes to, and enforces Design System, UI standards, and interaction design pattern libraries.
Requirements
A portfolio showing past work is a must.
High working proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma or similar).
Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web based information architecture and design.
Ability to work independently, and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Natural curiosity and find inspiration beyond the screen; through the people you talk to, analogous experiences, and beyond.
Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
Proven ability to produce high quality user experience deliverables: user scenarios/tasks, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
Experience working with web or app development technologies is a strong plus (HTML, CSS, JS, iOS, Android).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
Bonus If You Have
Experience with Telco industry.
Experience designing services and delivering UX solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.
Experience owning projects, communicating timelines, aligning stakeholders and executing independently You confidently present a strong rationale for design decisions and rely on analytics and data (including qualitative data) to shape product decisions and track the effectiveness of change.
Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
