We already have an outstanding team, but to further accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our ARC team – Attract, Retain, Convert.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Designer at Lysa, you’ll be embedded in a cross-functional product team that works on growing and shaping the first impression of Lysa. You’ll collaborate closely with a product manager, developers, legal, and fellow designers – all focused on attracting new users and building trust through compelling, high-quality experiences.

This role sits in our ARC team, responsible for the marketing site, brand expression, referral journeys, onboarding flows, and notification handling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and drive design initiatives end-to-end – from insight and concept to final delivery
• Design and optimize the user journey across the marketing site, referral flows, notifications, and onboarding features
• Refine and evolve Lysa’s visual identity and ensure consistency across product and marketing
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, legal, and other stakeholders
• Create engaging visuals – from user interfaces and motion design to illustrations and brand assets
• Shape how people feel and think about saving and investing – one design decision at a time

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for someone with 2–6 years of experience in digital product design, ideally with exposure to both user experience and brand design. You may have started as a UX designer and developed strong visual skills, or come from a visual/brand background and grown into interaction and product thinking.

You:

• Have a strong portfolio showcasing user experience, brand, and marketing work
• Create intuitive and delightful experiences for web and/or mobile
• Know how to translate insights, data, and business needs into elegant design solutions
• Communicate clearly and confidently – visually, verbally, and with cross-functional teams
• Enjoy running ideation workshops, giving and receiving feedback, and iterating fast
• Are curious about AI’s role in the design process and keep up with tools like Figma
• Can scope, prioritize, and lead your own initiatives – from idea to measurable impact
