We're looking for a Product Designer to join our product team in Stockholm.
In this role, your designs will quickly move from concept to reality. You’ll sketch, prototype, and refine solutions that are shipped into classrooms and districts across the world, where they’re put to use right away. That means you’ll get to see the impact of your work almost immediately - and improve it through real feedback.
You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and users to make sure every design is both functional and valuable.
In this role, you’ll focus on our student platform, designing new experiences that boost engagement and help students feel excited — even proud — to do math.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes and hi-fi designs in Figma.
- Translate defined problems and solutions into clear, user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers.
- Engage with users — from toddlers to high schoolers — to ground designs in real needs and deliver age-inclusive features.
- Focus on boosting the student engagement in the classroom that build loyalty and makes math (more) fun.
Who You Are
- Background in product design (academic or equivalent work experience).
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.
- Curious and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
- Always exploring better ways of working — new tools, new methods, and faster ways to prototype and learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, where features are released regularly and improved over time.
- Enjoys making sure every design is pixel perfect.
- Experience working with Design Systems.
What We Offer
- Regular visits to schools to see the product in action, and to perform user tests.
- A role in a small but growing product team where your work will have visible impact.
- Fantastic colleagues in a fun environment with great opportunities to learn.
- Competitive salary and benefits including pension, insurance, and wellness perks.
- Annual company trip.
- An opportunity to work on a meaningful mission and have an exceptional impact on education, society, and how children learn math across the world.
