Product Designer

We are looking for a user-experience product designer to join SRM Flex team at Amadeus. SRM Flex is a revenue management application that helps airlines to navigate the challenges of digital transformation by lifting their revenues through analyst-built, operator-designed product.

Product designer will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, mockups and prototypes. You will be working closely with product managers, product marketers, and developers to achieve ambitions growth goals and bring an interstellar level of UX to the product.

What You Will Do

1. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

2. Identify and define user personas, user stories, and user journey maps to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.

3. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

4. Plan and conduct user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.

5. Compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal consumption.

6. Advocate for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, use case or user data, and research findings.

7. Be the voice of the user on your team, alongside the Product Managers, ensuring that the value we deliver solves the customersโ€™ problems.

What We Look For

1. Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects including research phases.

2. Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, FigJam, Axure, and the like is a must.

3. Basic understanding of front-end development practices and terminology.

4. Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools, including both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

5. Proficiency in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other user research techniques.

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
