If you live for performance, love solving hard problems, and want your work to actually mean something, you’ll fit right in.
But here’s the fun part—we don’t just deliver results; we’re shaping the future of marketing. Ready to build something that breaks the mold?

About The Role
We’re hiring a Digital Design Intern who lives and breathes creativity. You’ll join the internal marketing team at a high-performing agency where everything ladders up to bold, strategic outcomes. In this role, you won’t just “make graphics.” You’ll concept, design, and refine visual assets that power campaigns across digital channels. From ads and branding pieces to web and video content, your work will help bring Directive’s creative vision to life.
We’re looking for someone who’s already honing their craft by building a strong design portfolio, experimenting with new tools, and pushing their own creative boundaries. You should be a junior or senior currently studying graphic design, visual communications, or a related field. You have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. If you love transforming ideas into visuals that perform, and want to grow your career in a cutting-edge agency setting, this role is built for you.
