The Role
We’re looking for a Junior UX/Product Designer to join our growing team and help shape a wide range of digital experiences—from ecommerce/finance platforms to B2B management tools in the automotive industry.
If you're passionate about creating intuitive, user-centred designs and eager to grow your skills in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
•   Design clean, intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
•   Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency across our product suite.
•   Work closely with product owners and developers to bring ideas to life.
•   Conduct user interviews and facilitate research to uncover user needs.
•   Run usability testing (remote, in-lab, guerrilla) to validate and refine design decisions.
•   Use data (qual/quant) to identify issues and opportunities.
•   Work with our data team to measure the impact of your designs, iterate, and improve.
•   Present and explain your design choices clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
•   A degree in Design, Communication, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
•   A solid understanding of UX and interaction design principles (you know the rules and when to break them).
•   Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (we currently use Figma).
•   Ability to wireframe, prototype, and iterate quickly.
•   Strong communication and collaboration skills — you're a team player and a clear thinker.
•   Detail-oriented with the ability to QA your own work for pixel-perfection
•   A portfolio that showcases a few well-executed projects, ideally with insights into your design process.
•   Bonus: Fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a welcome plus (but not essential).   Â
Why Join Us?
•   Work on real-world problems that impact thousands of users.
•   Be part of a supportive, cross-functional team that values experimentation and learning (we are a learning organisation, the principle is Try, fail, try again and fail better).
•   Learn from experienced designers, researchers, and engineers.
•   Opportunities to grow your skills and shape your career path.
...And the benefits?
We’re committed to creating a workplace where you can thrive — professionally and personally. Here’s what you can expect when you join us:
•   Kaizen Time
Every Friday afternoon is dedicated to personal development — time for you to explore new tools, take a course, or work on side projects that help you (and the business) grow.
 Learning & Development
Access to learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, plus support for further training or certifications relevant to your role.
•   Health & Wellbeing
o   Private health plan
o   One paid Mental Health Day per year

o   Access to wellbeing resources and support
 Time Off & Flexibility
o   Flexible working hours — you can flex up to 4 hours per week and make them up the following week
o   Extra day off for your birthday
o   One paid Volunteer Day per year
o   Option to buy additional annual leave
 Financial Benefits
o   Workplace pension scheme with employer contributions in line with UK requirements
We’re excited to see what you can bring to the team!
