Junior Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Product Designer with both UX and UI design skills to join our growing design team. At our “software factory,” we design and develop our own in-house product, so you’ll focus entirely on meaningful design work without the typical agency pressures or client juggling. This is a great opportunity to learn, experiment, and grow your design skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate closely with our product managers and with the different teams of developers, all of whom are passionate and devoted to creating the best possible solutions for our users. We rely heavily on research and data-driven insights to guide our decisions. If you’re already familiar with UX research techniques and can translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, that’s a strong advantage.

Job description:

• Collaborate with product and development teams to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered design solutions.  

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.

• Assist with user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.  

• Participate in discovery and brainstorming sessions.

• Join design reviews and iterate based on feedback.

• Support the creation and maintenance of the design system.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Experience using prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.  

• Solid understanding of design principles and UX/UI best practices.  

• Awareness of how user research impacts product decisions.

• A keen eye for good design as well as great attention to detail.  

• Proactive & curious team player who pushes boundaries and brings unique creativity and original thinking.  

• Mindful and accountable approach to work, nothing is someone else’s problem.  

• Eager to learn and receive feedback on your work.  

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions to key stakeholders.
  
  
  

What other experience would be a big plus?

• Experience in making data and user feedback-driven design decisions (through usability testing, and other UX research methods, both qualitative and quantitative)  

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes or design sprints.

• Understanding user flows and interaction design.

• Experience with maintaining design systems.

• Interest in UX writing.
