Jr. Product Designer

THE ROLE:

As a Junior Product Designer, you’ll be working directly with our design lead, development teams, and product managers to create optimal user experiences across multiple digital touch points and experiences. You will collaborate with both internal and client teams to meet the needs of end users.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to create intuitive solutions that solve complex problems
  • Assist design lead with creating mockups for potential clients
  • Translate requirements into designs that solve the needs of the end user and ladder up to the established experience strategy
  • Work within the constraints of and iterate upon existing design paradigms
  • Present design rationale and thinking internally and with clients as opportunities arise

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or a graduate of a UX bootcamp
  • Knowledge of multiple design disciplines, including user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
  • Proficient in design and prototyping software, specifically Figma
  • Portfolio showcasing innovative and functional designs, with an attention to detail
  • Experience building high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
  • Desktop and mobile design proficiency
  • Strong sense of consistency and cohesiveness
  • Knowledge of creating and working within a design system
  • Organized and able to work autonomously, with the ability to work across multiple projects
  • Flexibility to work with multiple teams

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with user research
  • Experience creating logos & branding
  • Experience with the Adobe suite of products

LOCATION:

  • High working hours overlap with PT essential
  • Limit search to onshore to begin, can expand if needed

The anticipated salary ranges for this position and subsequent locations are listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible
