Position summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI Designer Intern to join our design team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world environment. As a UI Designer Intern, you will collaborate with our experienced designers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products.

What you will do

  • Design of user interface components for software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in designs with our brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Assist in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma: components, variants, auto layouts are mandatory.
  • Foundational skills in visual design, including brand identity, typography, color, style, and visual architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of user research and design thinking methodology.
  • Knowledge of Tokens, Variables and Design Systems
