Graphic Designer Co-op - January 2026

Program Dates: January 5th, 2026 - June 19th, 2026

The base pay for this position is $23 per hour.

This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday).

The Wayfair Experiential Creative team is a dynamic group of innovative thinkers across many disciplines, partnering closely with strategic leaders to catapult Wayfair into the leading destination for all things home. As a collaborative, hands-on group, we are focused on producing high-quality, branded assets to be used in retail signage, collateral, packaging, marketing, corporate communications, and internal materials of all kinds, including digital, print, and video channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Bring a great design eye, high taste level and strategic thinking to your work
  • Combine a design background with an affinity for home design
  • Create creative Wayfair seasonal imagery and inspiration decks
  • Photograph, record and edit photos/videos taken at the Physical Retail Labs and stores.
  • Contribute to and manage a robust graphics library including simple illustrations, icons, schematics and graphs to support content.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, graphic designers, and producers to execute goals of the team

What You’ll Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • A student pursuing an undergraduate degree graduating between December 2026 - May 2029 with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
  • Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co-op
  • Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from January 5 to June 19, 2026 in our Boston office
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Visa sponsorship includes the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Good knowledge of Google Slides/ Docs or Microsoft Powerpoint/Word and ideally Miro
  • Communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Top notch creative abilities plus the ability to articulate ideas and opinions
  • Ability to stay organized and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Continual interest in the latest design, art, technology, and current trends
  • Strong comfort level and appetite to use AI in daily workflow
  • Ability to incorporate feedback in your workflow process
