Graphic Designer

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Location: London N1

Office based - no hybrid or WFH available

Borough Kitchen is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team, leading on all visual aspects of the company across digital and print. This role will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Visual Content Manager and wider marketing, e-commerce and in-store teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a wide range of materials including emails, social media content, signage, in-store collateral, labels and webpages. This diverse role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles and an interest in food and cooking would be a bonus.


  • Create and design visual content to be used both internally and externally for digital platforms and retail stores, including social media graphics, website banners, and email newsletters including marketing materials such as physical assets (signage, product packaging, decals, ETC)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with the brand identity and target audience.
  • Ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Use data and performance of campaigns to inform design decisions and put forward new ideas in alignment with data and trends, where possible, testing different creative concepts and feeding results back to the wider marketing team.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritising tasks effectively and acting as a across tasks to meet project goals. ย 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design incorporating new techniques and technologies when appropriate.
  • Work closely with in-store teams, printing and sending collateral to stores and ensuring all signage is up-to-date and on-brand


  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in graphic design for both print and digital media
  • In depth knowledge of key creative platforms including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma and Klayvio or other email marketing platform
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Video production/editing experience or willingness and keen to learn some video skills
