What you will be doing:  

The Graphic Designer works on the Program Engagement team to ensure brand consistency and design standards. The Graphic Designer creates assets pertaining to client onboarding and executes ongoing client requests.



  • Interpret creative briefs to develop reward program concepts for clients
  • Logo, illustration and campaign creative concepts
  • Card art as our platform issues prepaid cards (ex. Visa) for customer rebates and employee incentives
  • Email campaign artwork
  • Brochures & flyers
  • Point of sale material
  • Direct mail
  • Print
  • Video production (if within your skill set)
  • Revising copy & resizing assets for websites
  • Revising copy and adjusting rebate forms

 What you'll bring:    

  • Experience as a graphic designer in an agency studio (preferred)
  • Full Adobe suite
  • Experience designing for a digital environment with a good understanding of UX is essential
  • Experience with iMovie, AfterEffects, and/or video post-production is major asset
  • Positive Outlook and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
  • Be so creative that our client service team will not be able to figure out how they survived without you!
