Graduate Content Designer

Are you a recent Graduate with a passion for creating engaging content and are looking for an exciting role that allows you to work with experts at the top of their field? If so, then apply now!

Every product we create aims to provide clear, engaging, and user-friendly experiences for our customers. The way we communicate within our products can profoundly impact how users interact with and benefit from them. And that’s where you come in as we’re looking for a Graduate UX Content Designer to join the team.

This is a hybrid role – three days per week in the Ponce City Market office

What will the programme look like?

In this full time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our in-product messaging (IPM) experiences. You will work closely with teams across Product, UX, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to understand customer journeys and align in-product messages with our goals. With mentorship from our experienced team, this role can significantly boost your career in UX content design.

You’ll also be encouraged to learn and experiment as part of a continuous innovation community, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded. We’ll expect a lot from you, and you’ll be encouraged to bring innovative ideas and technical solutions, which add real value for our customers.

Alongside your role, you’ll take part in learning sessions designed to support your progression and development.

Key Responsibilities

What will make you successful?

We are open to all backgrounds, however there are a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive. You’ll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we’re open to different degree disciplines, the role is ideal for students from a English, Communications, UX or Technical Writing background.

Alongside this you’ll have,

  • A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.
  • You’ll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • As part of a global business, you’ll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.
  • Curious and eager to continually learn.
  • Ideally you’ll have strong writing and editing skills, with familiarity with tools like Pendo, Miro or Figma.

What can you expect from the process?

  1. Apply online with CV/Resume
  2. Complete a gamified science-driven assessment via Harver, to help us accurately assess if you are aligned to our values and behaviours, whilst removing any risk of unconscious bias from our process
  3. Complete a short video interview to really bring your resume to life.
  4. If your video interview is successful, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre at one of our Sage offices.
  5. Successful candidates will join our Graduate Programme on 1 October 2025.

As we receive a high volume of applications, you may receive a delayed response to your video interview. We thank you for your patience.

Here at Sage, we are committed to inclusivity for all, so if there any adjustments that would help you thrive in the application process or beyond, please reach out to us at earlycareers@sage.com
