Job Summary:

This isn’t just another design role. You’ll help simplify the complex, reimagine long-standing industry workflows, and craft intuitive experiences for thousands of accountants and wealth professionals. Working with a passionate, Sydney-based team (joining us in the office twice a week), you’ll shape solutions end‑to‑end — from concept explorations to polished interface design.

Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to imagine what’s possible
• Designing elegant, scalable solutions that turn complexity into clarity
• Creating prototypes that bring ideas to life and spark conversation
• Running research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs
• Contributing to our growing Design System and pattern library
• Crafting design artefacts that enable seamless handovers and smooth delivery

Requirements:

What you’ll bring:

• Experience designing for enterprise software and solving real user problems
• A strong grasp of UI patterns and best practices for web applications
• Expertise in Figma — from wireframes to high‑fidelity designs
• A portfolio showing how you think, not just what you make
• Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative approach
• The ability to balance big-picture thinking with practical delivery
