Position Responsibilities
- Design the user experience journeys, flows, mock-ups, concepts and prototypes for digital channels including web, mobile and messaging.
- Use metrics, data and insights to identify and validate user needs and make design decisions.
- Work with UX Researchers to analyze qualitative insights and apply them to designs.
- Adhere to and update the UX style guide and design system.
- Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses of digital products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Entry-level experience designing for desktop, mobile or web applications.
- Understanding of UX and UI techniques and processes.
- Experience with Axure, Figma and / or Adobe Creative Suite.
