The Role:

This role supports real estate agents across the country by providing a suite of connected SaaS products. We are seeking an Associate Product Designer to join our squads! As the primary point of contact for many projects, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and delivering customer-focused designs through our product delivery framework
• Delivering high-quality designs that align with business and customer needs using our design libraries and best practices
• Fostering collaboration between product owners, engineers, and key stakeholders to enhance our customers' experiences
• Educating, mentoring, and advocating for a human-centred design process across all the teams you work with
  
  

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven UI Design skills (formal training in UI design is desirable)
• A passion for creating innovative solutions that make a difference
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and projects
